A couple of comments... 1) From your screenshot, it looks like you're using the 5.0 version. 5.1 was released a few weeks ago and has some nice improvements. 2) The forum post here: http://infinitest.org/web/guest/support/-/message_boards/message/12536 describes how you can filter out tests that you don't want Infinitest to run.
